Stephanie Duffy

Stephanie graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2023 with a Master of Speech Pathology, following a successful career in musical theatre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theatre from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and has performed in professional productions including Cats, Wicked, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and The Wiggles in both leading and understudy roles. This performance background informs her clinical practice, bringing a deep appreciation for the voice and a passion for supporting professional voice users.
Stephanie is particularly enthusiastic about working with performers, teachers, and other occupational voice users, and has experience delivering gender-affirming voice therapy. She has a strong interest in adult rehabilitation and neurodegenerative conditions and is a certified provider of both LSVT LOUD® and SPEAK OUT!® programs for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
Stephanie provides telehealth services for VMA from her home in Sydney, where she enjoys working across all areas of voice. She has also developed a strong interest in chronic cough and upper airway disorders.
When not at VMA, Stephanie delivers in-person intensive and maintenance therapy programs for adults with neurodegenerative conditions across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Lower North Shore.
Based in Balmain, Stephanie enjoys living near the harbour with her young family. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care and is known for her ability to build strong therapeutic rapport with clients of all ages.
